+6 months on a Caribbean island may sound like paradise at first, but not when your wife is in Panama City and you’re trying to figure out how to get back to her and not leave behind your four furry children. Mario, Karina, and the entire Panama – Planet Pet Relocation team worked patiently with me on the incredibly complicated logistics involved in getting them all from a “you can’t get there from here” location back home safely. Not only were they able to get “our kids” on what must have been the first Copa pet transport flights from Honduras to Panama City, they were in 100% communication every step of the way, with updates, photos, and videos to let us know our dogs were in good hands. In 2016, we saw the same excellent service from Panama – Planet Pet Relocation when we brought our two Panama rescues to Roatan. Now, it was those two, plus our original rescue from the U.S. and a new Roatan rescue…”No dog left behind” thanks to them. Who knows where we’ll be going and with how many rescue dogs next time? Wherever that may be and however big our canine contingent, it will be with Panama – Planet Pet Relocation…Thanks again, guys!

Mario and his team did an excellent job relocating our two dogs (1 large German Shepherd & a medium sized Spitz) from Tegucigalpa, Honduras to Miami. They were incredibly professional, understanding that these two pups are essentially our kids, replied back to emails almost immediately even on weekends, helped us plan the weeks leading up to their departure for shots and documents and the day of we had routine communication and we were regularly updated on the status of the dogs. Despues de meses consultando a varias empresas de transporte de animales, aerolineas etc en el ultimo momento nos decian que no, que era imposible transportar un bulldog ingles a Europa desde Panama. Hasta que encontramos Panama Pet Relocation, su magnifico trabajo hizo que Ramon pudiese llegar a Europa reduciendo al maximo los riesgos que pueden haber en un viaje largo. Ellos tuvieron mucho en cuenta los horarios de los vuelos para que estuviese bien y no le afectara la temperatura, cuidandolo mucho tambien en los aeropuertos. Y Ramon llego feliz y contento. Hello Karina and IPATA team,

We have been planing this trip for Emy (our dog) since summer of 2018. Emy’s trip was from La Lima, San Pedro Sula, Honduras, her first home, to Los Alamos, New Mexico, her destination home.

I had been working with Mario and the IPATA team since then. I was very uneasy with the process as Emy had to be driven from San Pedro Sula to Tegucigalpa, not a very safe drive when one had to leave around 5am to be ahead of the traffic and of course she had to be boarded at a vets place that we did not know, before her flight to Houston the next day, all by herself.

Mario and the team responded to all of our questions and concerns. They seemed to know that we were concerned and responded with understanding. Emy was placed at the vet in Tegucigulpa and Josue (also on the IPATA team in Tegucigalpa) picked her up the next day and boarded her on her flight. She arrived and was promptly picked up by her escort in Houston and was driven to Los Alamos. Emy arrived in very good shape.

Thank you very much for your understanding and care regarding one of our family members. We gratefully appreciated your assistance in this endeavor and wish that all other animals experience the same success story.

Shipped my pet pig from Florida to Nicaragua. It took me months to find a company that was willing to help out and one that had the knowledge to do so. I got in contact with Panama Pet Relocation and they took control of the entire process. I did have issues with customs once the pig arrived in Managua, but they were in contact with me and multiple government institutions all day, everyday until it was all sorted out. Jose Rodolfo Morales Blanco cared for my pet while she was quarantined in a crate for 3 days in Managua. He gave her water, fed her and bathed her and reassured me that she was doing just fine. This was the first time a large pig was shipped as a pet in the country of Nicaragua and I am very blessed that I had such a great team to assist me and Olive to start our lives in Nicaragua. The amount of work that they did to make sure she was liberated is priceless. Now she is a happy pig living on the beach. Thank you very much for your services!

Panama Pet Relocation did an excellent job getting our two dogs from Miami to Guatemala City, Guatemala. We have two larger dogs and one is a Pit Bull. Due to weather restrictions posed by the airlines, we had to find a company who would get them to Guatemala. We were having a difficult time finding a company who would get our Pit Bull, Lexi, on transportation to Guatemala. Just several weeks before our scheduled travel, Panama Pet Relocation took on the challenge with complete confidence. They kept were thorough with what all was required and kept us informed of their status while in transit. Their team member in Guatemala stayed with them from 5:00am – 8pm at the airport in Guatemala as customs worked through their very slow process. We loved that they were delivered to our front door as we are still new to the area and do not know our way around. We were all happy to see each other but the dogs also showed their appreciation to the local team member by giving her kisses before she left. Thank you so much!

Ours was a unique story with Panama Pet Relocators. My husband was sailing our boat down to Panama from Florida with our two dogs and a captain and first mate. I flew to Panama as I recently had hip surgery. Things did not go as planned and to make a long story short my husband was in Honduras with our dogs and our boat was on the hard in Guatemala. I had not seen our dogs for over 60 days. Panama Pet Relocators to the rescue!!

Since day 1, having Panama Pet Relocation beside me was an amazing relief. Each member was very professional, helpful, and comforting. I had 3 dogs and a cat to take with me in France and this is a process I could not have done alone. Hi! I hired them to initially transport 3 cats from Panama to Seattle. It was 3 months in advance and they gave me an discount, which was great. And a few day before the travel, I told them only 2 cats were travelling and they quickly adjusted and gave me some refund, which was a great surprise. At the begining, I was not sure if one of them (disabled) could travel, they got him checked out by their vet to confirm that he is good to travel, before I paid all fees. As a firt-timer, I sent them many emails about everything throughout the process and they responded very quickly. The cat travel including overnight stay in Houston went well and arrived in Seattle as planned. It helped me a lot as I was stressed out with my own move. I recommend people who are travelling alone to consult them early and use their services as needed.
