Liability and Responsibility

We take a great number of details into consideration when planning your pets move and follow the best practices in pet shipping to provide a safe journey for your pets; however, circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee against death, illness, injury, or escape at any time. Planet Pet Relocation will not be held responsible in any of these cases.

Refunds

  • We reserve the right to provide partial refunds only
  • Non-refundable deposits are excluded from our refund policies
  • Partial refunds will be for the expenses not incurred and 50% of our service fees
  • For regular quotes, refunds will be provided 3-4 weeks after cancellation
  • For early payment discounted quotes, refunds will be provided 3-4 weeks prior to the preliminary scheduled pet shipping date that was agreed in order to receive an early payment discount.
  • If other refund terms were provided by email these will overwrite the terms indicated on this website.
